Are your products plug-and-play?

Many of our products are designed for quick, plug-and-play installation. However, compatibility varies by bike model and year. Please read the product description carefully and verify your connector type before ordering.

Will your products fit my e-bike?

We list compatible models on each product page whenever possible. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to help verify compatibility.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you’re located elsewhere, contact us and we’ll let you know if shipping is available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders begin processing quickly, so cancellations are generally not possible once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to an error on our end, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Because many of our products are vehicle-specific, customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before placing an order. Please review all product descriptions carefully, including connector types and fitment information.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available for:

• Ordering the wrong item or connector type.
• User installation errors.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper installation.
• Orders placed in error after processing has begun.

• Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
• Some orders may take longer due to carrier delays, high order volume, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
• While most orders are delivered much sooner, orders should not take longer than 30 days to arrive.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to monitor its progress.
